Courses are designed by industry and management specialists and facilitated by active leaders in the field. Participants learn through discussion, lecture, group work and case studies. This program is designed for managers and supervisors, small business owners, and for those individuals seeking management, small business management or self-employment skills. It will appeal to individuals who want to enhance their leadership skills, and who may be in a workplace environment where teamwork and self-management are keys to success.
