Under the direction of our chef, you are coached through recipe preparation and learn tricks of the trade on the presentation of food. Then relax and dine on your creations with wine pairings. Healthy Cooking 2 – Heart Healthy The focus of this four-hour hands-on class is on wholesome ingredients and easy recipes that anyone can create while following a heart-healthy lifestyle. Our chef will demonstrate four recipes and coach students as they recreate these dishes. Participants will take home four servings of each recipe. Learn to create some of India's most popular dishes. Prepare Butter Chicken, Onion Pakoras, and Baigan Bhurta (eggplant) that create a flavor sensation to warm you.
