TEAChING AND TRAINING ADuLTS OPTIONAL COuRSES Multi-Generational Classroom Today's adult learners bring a variety of backgrounds and experiences to the classroom. This course examines the implications of a multi-generational classroom on learning and development. Many students have difficulties learning in a traditional environment or using traditional methods of instruction or evaluation. Tools for Teaching and Training This course introduces participants to a variety of tools, ranging from the traditional to the latest technologies, that can be used to enhance teaching techniques in the instructional process. Workplace Training This course is an introduction to teaching and training adults in the workplace.
