ABOUT THIS GUIDE Pathways: Whether your interest is professional or personal, Georgian College's Continuing Education and Part-time Studies department has options for you. The pathway that you choose will depend on your lifestyle, schedule and goals. Delivery Methods: We know that studying full-time is not always an option. That is why we offer courses and programs to suit your busy schedule including part-time day, evening and weekend courses, compressed schedules, and flexible online learning. AS – Alliston BA – Barrie MI – Midland SF – Seaforth MU – Muskoka OR – Orillia OV – Orangeville OS – Owen Sound OL – OntarioLearn * MAJOR CODES: Students registering for credit courses for the first time must declare a program (or major) at the point of registration. For more information, see the specific program outlines on the college website at GeorgianCollege.ca/academics/programs. Students registering for non-credit courses are not required to declare a program (or major) unless working toward a Georgian College credential such as the Teaching and Training Adults Recognition of Successful Completion. COLLEGE AND UNIVERSITY CREDIT STUDIES You are looking to transition into a new career or earn a certificate, diploma or degree that will allow you to move forward in your existing one. PROFESSIONAL STUDIES You are driven to improve your knowledge base and further your career, whether that is through earning a professional designation or getting up-to-date hands-on skills training. GENERAL INTEREST STUDIES You are interested in learning a new skill of starting a hobby for your own personal enjoyment.
