Georgian, in 2010 I started
Northern Stand Up Paddle
– a SUP and outdoor fitness
coaching system. We've
since expanded from offering
lessons to delivering PaddleFit
classes. I'm the third PaddleFit
Certification Coach in the
world, and the first one in
Canada. I love what I do and
my clients have a blast.
