19 81 19 83 As Georgian's longest-serving administrator, Cathy has worked on transformational projects such as the creation of application services – known as OCAS. The biggest change she's witnessed over the years is the impact of technology. "We've become more self-directed, user friendly, and better able to help students navigate their experience," she says. "Georgian prepared me for a long and rewarding career as a storyteller!" says Donna, who began her career as a reporter with The Barrie Examiner and now works as a communication representative with RVH. "It is a great honour to be allowed into the very personal lives of people in this region and then share their stories." Early into her career, Lisa knew she wanted to help people in need of career direction. "It is so fulfilling to help people achieve their potential," she says. Thirty-five years later, she has helped thousands of students and was brought to tears when one client asked her to attend her convocation after they shared a four-year journey together.
