She turned to her alma mater and enrolled as a part-time student in Georgian's Honours Bachelor of Business Administration (Management and Leadership) program. "Over the past few years, I've learned that without a degree, it will be more difficult to find another job if I am outsourced," she says. Susan has had a wide variety of responsibilities throughout her career, including IT business processes for sales and marketing, IT supply chain systems and business analytics. "I'm really enjoying the leadership courses," she says. "I can relate to the course content and my job allows me to apply new techniques that I've learned." Susan generally enrolls in two seven-week condensed online courses per semester. She says balancing work, life and school can be hectic, especially as she plans her fall wedding, but says she loves the flexibility of the program.
