Virtual Reality Educator
Students in this course learn about virtual reality (VR) and how to
use it in their teaching practice. Sometimes described as immersive
virtual reality (iVR), VR is an experiential learning medium where
students can practice processes/complete tasks or experience what
it's like to "walk a mile in someone else's shoes". Consequently,
students explore the use of VR in the cognitive, psychomotor and
affective domains, and, as educators, develop an understanding
of its pedagogical potential. Students are required to have a VR
headset to take this course.
