BE INVOLVED Georgian students run campus social events, fitness centres, fundraisers, pub nights and more. If you want to be a student leader, consider joining a committee or running for a position on the Georgian College Students' Association (GCSA). BE CONNECTED Passionate about gaming? Love to dance? Care about the environment? Whatever you do in your spare time, there's likely a Georgian club for you. And if there isn't, we can help you create one! BE A VOLUNTEER Georgian is proud to have an environmental and social conscience. Students and staff plan fundraisers, run bake sales, lead clothing drives and volunteer for local non-profits. You can track volunteer work in a co-curricular record to boost your resumé. BE ORIENTED Orientation happens on the first day of your first term. This is your chance to connect with other new students, learn about campus services, meet faculty and staff, and get comfortable on campus. Plus, you get free food and swag. BE SUPPORTED A lot happens in the first few semesters of college, and the First Year Experience team is here to help. They answer questions, offer workshops, connect you with mentors and host fun events. BE A SELF-STARTER All Georgian students learn entrepreneurial skills in class.
