There are several motels within walking distance of the college. Please visit tourism.owensound.ca for a list of Owen Sound's

CAMPUS AMENITIES
Full cafeteria service is available weekdays from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (hours may vary). Vending machines and a microwave
are also available. The cafeteria is closed on the weekends and throughout the summer, so please bring a bagged lunch and
refreshments or be prepared to purchase lunch off-campus. A fitness centre is also available; membership rates are available
online at georgiangrizzlies.ca.
CLASS HOURS
Class start times vary and dates generally include weekends. Please check your confirmation material for your class start time. If
changes occur to the class start times you will be notified of the changes either by phone or email.
CLOSURE DUE TO WEATHER CONDITIONS
Georgian College will remain open for all classes and services unless extreme weather conditions dictate closure or class
cancellation. This decision is made by the Campus Principal. Closure of the college and widespread cancellation of classes will
be announced on our website and on local radio stations.
