With support from the Centre for Social Entrepreneurship, Social
Service Worker student Che Cleland created a social enterprise
called ZombieFest for Youth! More than 100 people registered for
the inaugural zombie walk and concert to raise funds for a new
youth shelter.
Become a self-starter
At Georgian, we believe entrepreneurship has the power to create economic
and social change. We have worked hard to establish entrepreneurship as a
signature learning experience throughout the college. Entrepreneurship is
everywhere at Georgian – from our classrooms where students acquire a strong
and diverse set of entrepreneurial skills, to our student-run businesses and clubs
where an entrepreneurial spark has a place to catch and grow.
