I am Métis and I am passionate about learning about
Aboriginal culture. rough my program I have been
able to get involved in many wonderful things. I teach
a weekly cra night and have been helping facilitate
our annual Pow Wow. I also work at the college as a
Niwijiagan (peer mentor) in the Aboriginal Resource
Centre and as an Infinite Reach facilitator. I was very
involved in planning activities for Louis Riel Day,
including having the Métis flag raised on campus .
