ABORIGINAL SERVICES Resource Centres at the Barrie, Midland, Orillia and Owen Sound campuses provide a culturally supportive environment where students can study, socialize and access helpful resources. The annual student-led Pow Wow is held every March. I teach a weekly cra night and have been helping facilitate our annual Pow Wow. I also work at the college as a Niwijiagan (peer mentor) in the Aboriginal Resource Centre and as an Infinite Reach facilitator. I was very involved in planning activities for Louis Riel Day, including having the Métis flag raised on campus .
