Student line of credit
Did you know that most banks will offer
you a student loan? Contact yours to learn about
options, procedures and deadlines.
OSAP
The Ontario Student Assistance Program (OSAP) offers
loans and grants based on your calculated financial need.
Apply at osap.gov.on.ca – preferably eight weeks before
your program starts. We can help you with
reviews and appeals.
Bursaries
We hand out over $2 million to students who demonstrate
financial need, that doesn't need to be repaid. Specific
bursaries are available (but not limited) to Aboriginal,
Métis, and First Generation students. Apply at
GeorgianCollege.ca/financialaid.
Ontario Tuition Grant
If you're applying for OSAP, you'll be automatically
considered for 30 per cent off your tuition.
If you're not, apply for this grant at
Ontario.ca/30off.
Budget planning
We can help you build a budget plan, strategize to
control your expenses and investigate borrowing options.
Student-run tax clinic
Every year, our Accounting students offer a
free tax clinic to help you get the most
out of your tax return.
Earn while you learn
Not only do many of our programs offer paid co-op,
there are opportunities for employment
right on campus.
Awards and scholarships
Georgian raises over $1 million annually for awards and
scholarships – and they aren't just for students with high

Food Locker
Georgian's student administration collects and
anonymously delivers non-perishable food to
