For the latest information to determine its approval status and availability, please visit GeorgianCollege.ca GeorgianCollege.ca/upc 13 BACHELOR OF INTERIOR DESIGN * FOUR YEARS Georgian's Bachelor of Interior Design embodies the implementation of strategic problem-solving techniques to create design solutions based on human response in the contemporary built environment. This entry-level degree meets Council for Interior Design Accreditation (CIDA) standards of delivery and content. Through experience and theory-based study, students learn space planning and management, design process, research methodologies, ethical responsibility, technological applications and design documentation. Curriculum currency is reflected through integration of practice standards, sustainability and regulatory codes. A uniquely collaborative learning framework, including a 14-week co-op, fosters creative vision, problem-resolution and critical thinking skills, endorsing graduates to serve as professional interior designers.
