GRADUATE CERTIFICATES The program The collaborative nursing program philosophy and curriculum incorporate and utilize theoretical perspectives that are consistent with human science and the concepts of caring as the basis of nursing practice. As a student, you'll work collaboratively with your peers and faculty to explore nursing knowledge and caring practice. Learning activities focus on the nursing care of individuals, families, groups and the global community. Under the guidance of a practicum mentor or preceptor, you'll also integrate knowledge from program courses to provide holistic, client-centred nursing care in the practice setting. Georgian College and York University have developed an integrated collaborative nursing program.
