English language test results (ie: TOEFL, IELTS) Scanned original or certified copies of all documentation and academic records must be attached to the application. IMPORTANT: (For documents that are not in English, certified translated copies must also be provided.) Application Fee (A $100 mandatory, non-refundable application fee is required for processing.)
