ACCOMMODATION COSTS
Full Homestay (three meals) $750 / month
Shared Homestay (no meals) $550 / month
On-campus residence (Barrie) $6,474 / two semesters
(Residence fees $6,224 + community deposit $200 +
residence council fee $50). Minimum stay eight months.
Move in must be September.
Off-campus residence (Barrie) $660 – $800 / month
Minimum stay eight months. Move in must be September.
January starts may be available.
Off-campus rental (Barrie) One room per student:
Typical cost: $450 – $550 / month.
Minimum stay two months. Move-in date can be
negotiated with homeowner.
