English plus Why study only English when you can study English plus so much more? Georgian College is an applied Arts and Technology institute. As an EAP student, you can benefit from enrolling in a non-credit course in your free time. We have hundreds of options! Study English during the day from Monday to Friday but in the evenings or Saturdays, you can take a workshop or a course like: AGRICULTURE ANIMAL CARE BUSINESS COMPUTERS AND INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY COOKING, WINES AND SPIRITS CREATIVE AND VISUAL ARTS FITNESS AND RECREATION GENERAL EDUCATION ELECTIVES AND COMMUNICATION HOSPITALITY, TRAVEL AND TOURISM LANGUAGES AND SPECIALIZED COMMUNICATION SUCH AS FRENCH OR SPANISH LIFESTYLE AND LEISURE MIND, BODY AND SOUL MOTORCYCLE AND TRANSPORTATION PHOTOGRAPHY TEACHING AND TRAINING ADULTS 100+ more ENGLISH LANGUAGE STUDIES WED DESIGN AND DIGITAL ARTS See our full course offerings at: http://www.georgianc.on.ca/coned09/. There are no English language requirements to take non-credit course options, so as long as you feel comfortable with your English to take the class, you can! These courses are from four to 42 hours in length. Some are one-day workshops and some are 14 weeks – once per week courses. The 42-hour courses are usuallly offered in the evening from 7 to 10 p.m. once per week, three hours per week for 14 weeks. The cost is minimal because international students pay the same as Canadian students, so for as little as $80-$400 you can take these courses that last from one half-day on a Saturday to a full four months of once per week classes. Continuing Education credit courses have the same admission requirements as regular credit courses. Non-credit courses are available to everyone without regular admission requirements.
