This is an opportune time for people starting or pivoting their careers to choose Georgian. And there's another consideration that can't be overlooked: commitments from all levels of government to invest heavily in our collective future. Georgian's president is vice chair of the Board of Directors for Electricity Human Resources Canada and a member of the National Strategic Advisory Council for Energy and Electricity Alliance. ADVANCED MANUFACTURING Helping automotive, aerospace, and clean technology sectors adopt advanced AI and robotic technologies. CARE ECONOMY Enhancing recruitment, retention, and supporting upskilling for individuals (paid and unpaid) who provide direct care to others. ENERGY AND ELECTRICITY Assisting partners in energy and clean electricity generation reskill workers, increasing labour market mobility, and adopting emerging technologies such as AI and renewable energy systems. HOUSING AND CONSTRUCTION Developing the workforce needed to build affordable housing and public infrastructure by working with partners in residential, commercial, and public infrastructure projects. MINING AND MINERALS Exploring, mining, and processing minerals needed for clean energy and advanced manufacturing. TRANSPORTATION AND SUPPLY CHAINS Reducing trade barriers, improving how goods move within Canada and to international markets, and updating infrastructure.
