Michael Van Campen

Mechanical Engineering Technician - Tool and Die (class of 1999) and Owner/President of JVC Precision Ltd.,
a metal manufacturing and fabrication company based in Oro-Medonte.
After graduating from Georgian College's Tool and Die program, he began his career
in the skilled trades and later co-founded JVC Precision with his father. Together, they built
a company grounded in craftsmanship, teamwork and a drive to simplify complex
manufacturing challenges.
Michael is a strong advocate for the skilled trades and is passionate about helping people
grow in their careers. A proud Georgian alumnus, Michael and JVC Precision are connected to
Georgian through scholarships, student placements, co-op programs and mentorship.
Michael is always proud to share about his journey from Georgian graduate to skilled trades
professional to business owner.
