finds you well.
Heartfelt congratulations to the newest members of our growing global network of more than 115,000 alumni. It
was wonderful to connect with many of you at convocation this past October. You should be very proud of your
achievements, and I want you to know Georgian will always be here for you cheering you on.
Georgian graduates are making an incredible impact in their workplaces and communities as leaders, innovators,
changemakers and compassionate citizens. You'll see that reflected in this latest issue of GeorgianView.
We celebrate seven outstanding alumni nominated for a Premier's Award and their contributions to their respective fields
and stories of perseverance are truly compelling.
We also share how Georgian is responding to the shortage of workers in areas such as the skilled trades, feature one of
our valued partners supporting students with awards, scholarships and exciting learning opportunities, and so much more.
In addition, learn about our latest impact report, which highlights the collective difference Georgian has made across
Central Ontario in the last year – from launching unique programs that support labour-market needs and economic
development in our regional communities, to leading initiatives that champion changemaking, sustainability and a sense
of belonging.
