Small businesses continue to show growth in today's economy, providing tradespeople with a combination of trade and business knowledge opportunities in this growth area. Focus is on key functional areas of business related to entrepreneurship, including business planning, operations, innovation, marketing, finance, and legal and ethical considerations. Through experiential learning, students develop essential practical skills needed to improve existing and develop new small businesses. Professional Association programs PROGRAM DETAILS CREDENTIAL CAREER OPTIONS GRADUATION REQUIREMENTS Canadian Certified Administrative Professional QAAC The Canadian Certified Administrative Professional (CCAP) is a certification for administrative professionals. Association of Administrative Professionals (AAP) members are encouraged to attain the CCAP designation. The AAP administers the CCAP program, but the educational component of the CCAP designation is met by completing seven courses available at accredited universities and colleges across Canada.
