(BA, OS) 6 clinical placements Approximate annual fees: $7,627.92 degree (4 years) OSSD or equivalent with six Grade 12 U or U/M credits*, including Grade 12 English (U); Grade 12 biology (U); Grade 12 mathematics (U); Grade 12 chemistry (U) or Grade 12 physics (U); 2 credits at the Grade 12 or U or M level. *A minimum grade of 70% in each of the four courses is required. An overall minimum GPA of 75% is recommended. ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE: Clinical Preparedness Permit, Cardiac Life Support certificate for Health Care Providers, Standard First Aid certificate, up-to-date immunization record, WHMIS training, and Police Vulnerable Sector Check PLEASE NOTE: Mature applicants should refer to the admissions details section at the URL to the left. Applicants from the Pre-health Sciences Pathway to Advanced Diplomas and Degrees (PHPA) program (available from Georgian College) are required to complete all courses in the program prior to the start of classes.
