Hilary Anderson is the Chair of the Georgian College Alumni Association
Executive Council and alumna of the Business Administration – Accounting program
(class of 1991).
She currently serves as the Chief Human Resources and Support Services Officer
at Your Neighbourhood Credit Union (YNCU). Hilary provides strategic direction
for developing and delivering HROD programs and services that enhance the
organization's culture and engagement. Her expertise is aligning resources to the
organization's mission, vision and values and reinforcing a solid organizational
culture.
With over 20 years in the health care industry, Hilary has built several
high-performing teams while ensuring patients' needs were met. Her critical
thinking aptitude and problem-solving ability have proven to be a definite asset
throughout her career.
Previously, Hilary was the Vice President of Corporate Services and Human Resources
and the CFO of the Southwest Local Health Integration Network (LHIN).
