Visiting Elders | Ernestine is an Elder providing guidance and support to students. INDIGENOUS STUDIES BE A PART OF THE POW WOW PLANNING TEAM Predominantly student-driven, Georgian's annual traditional Pow Wow draws dancers, drummers, vendors and spectators from all over Turtle Island. The one-day cultural celebration is open to all and attracts thousands of people to the Barrie Campus. Wiidookdaading Indigenous Resource Centres | Feasts, cultural teachings and craft nights regularly take place in the centres at the Barrie, Midland, Orillia and Owen Sound campuses. All are welcome to visit.
