Michael Braithwaite was nominated for his tireless advocacy and non-profit
work with life-saving results. As CEO of Blue Door Support Services, Michael
has expanded housing access, worked with family health teams to expand
access to nursing care for persons experiencing homelessness, launched a
social enterprise, various programs to support female-identifying survivors of
human trafficking, as well as programs to support 2SLGBTQ+ youth.
