An entrepreneur motivated by her passion for helping those living with autism
and various developmental delays to reach their fullest potential, Amanda
is the founder and CEO of two companies: IBI Behavioural Services and IBI
Private Academy. Through these organizations, Amanda works with more than
350 families in and around Simcoe County and York Region. Amanda employs
more than 130 instructor therapists and taps into an exclusive network of
multidisciplinary professional services to provide an integrated, holistic, child-
centred approach to their treatment and learning outcomes.
Since opening her first brick-and-mortar location in 2016, Amanda strives to close
the gap in developmental services to help people with autism. Dedicated to her
cause, she fundraises for clients, offers pro bono support for those in greatest
need, and lobbies for her clients and students around student integration,
funding, school and community acceptance and integration.
