Increase Indigenous representation at all levels
of the college structure
• Work in partnership with Human Resources to identify equity
gaps and develop strategies that will result in an increase in
and retention of Indigenous applicants and employees in the
Georgian workforce
• Ensure Indigenous representation and perspectives are included
in key decision-making forums and college-wide initiatives,
systems and processes
