Undertake a review that will enhance the college's capacity
to address the comprehensive delivery of support services
to Indigenous students and academic programs
• Establish a dean or director position with responsibility
for Truth, Reconciliation and Indigenization to:
- lead the work of the Indigenization strategy
- review the capacity of the current staffing structure to meet
expectations related to Indigenization
- develop a comprehensive plan to support academic
programs and services to Indigenous students
- support departments across the college to engage in
activities related to Truth, Reconciliation and Indigenization
- establish accountability measures related to Truth,
Reconciliation and Indigenization across the college
