"We're so fortunate, especially in the field I'm in, that
we have a college in our town that offers both the PSW
program and the Practical Nursing program. I chose
Georgian because they had a program that was local and
allowed me to continue working while learning."
• The Personal Support Worker Accelerated program, funded by the provincial government, started in
May 2021 and ran successfully for six months.
• Continuing Education saw an 82 per cent increase in people taking the motorcycle training courses at
this campus in 2021 compared to 2019.
• The Georgian College Students' Association at the Orangeville Campus created Facebook and
Instagram accounts to advertise information, events and contests.
