Kind regards, MaryLynn West–Moynes President and CEO Raeneisha Rosalina | Two-time alumna Business – Accounting, class of 2017 Honours Bachelor of Business Administration (Management and Leadership), class of 2020 "When I graduated from my first Georgian program, I felt extremely proud walking across the stage to receive my diploma. As an international student, my parents moved me a five-hour flight from home to ensure I had a proper education. It felt so rewarding to make them proud. I decided to further my education by enrolling in a degree program. I would never have imagined that we'd have a global pandemic during my last two-semesters. I'm thankful to all the professors who continue to deliver a high educational standard during these unprecedented times. Although it makes me sad that my parents cannot see me walk across the stage once more, I am honoured to say that I am a two-time Georgian graduate !" 3 Many of you already know what's next while some may still be unsure. Don't worry if you don't have it all figured out, because that's part of the experience – discovering who you are, how you want to contribute and what inspires you along the way. Today, you leave with a combination of unique skills and a credential that will put you in high demand with employers. It's up to you what you decide to do with them. It was an overwhelming and surreal moment when I heard them announce my name. As an international student, my parents moved me a five-hour flight from home to ensure I had a proper education. It felt so rewarding to make them proud. Now, I'm pursing my degree at Georgian. I know I can trust and rely on Georgian for an excellent education and an amazing co-op experience."
