Enjoy one of our many fitness classes or make an appointment with a personal trainer. YMCA MEMBERSHIP Keep moving with the membership you will receive from the YMCA Simcoe/Muskoka. As a bonus, memberships can be used at select YMCA facilities outside of Simcoe/Muskoka when you are away during the holidays or on academic placements. The YMCA offers a variety of amenities including indoor track, cardio and weight rooms, swimming pool and fitness programming. RECREATIONAL SPORTS Our intramural leagues and clubs offer friendly competition. Extramural sports provide a bit of competition and fun while representing your campus. VARSITY ATHLETICS Compete against other colleges in the province and throughout the country. As a Lakehead-Georgian student, you can try out for either the Lakehead Thunderwolves or Georgian Grizzlies. Campus declaration must be made prior to try-outs.
