Do your research
Come to Open House, explore your options,
book a campus tour, connect with Georgian staff,
and learn about admission requirements online.
Apply to college
Apply from your preferred program page
at GeorgianCollege.ca or at ontariocolleges.ca.
Apply before Feb. 1 for highly competitive programs,
or any time before the semester if your program
has vacancies. After you apply, remember
to check your email often.
You're in!
Most applicants receive offers of admission
around Feb. 1. Acceptances for highly competitive
programs and programs with selection processes
are sent in March onward.
Accept your offer
If you start in September, accept your offer by May 1.
Check the academic dashboard on your student
portal for information on your deadlines.

student portal to see if you're missing any
requirements to get into your program.
If you can't meet requirements, contact your
admissions officer to discuss options.
Pay your deposit
To confirm your spot in the program, pay your deposit.
Deadlines are June 15 if you start in September,
Oct. 5 if you start in January, and
Feb. 16 if you start in May.

Attend orientation
Orientation is the first day of your first term.
Meet other students, learn about student services,
and get to know your campus before classes start.
Get to know us
Find housing, get your ONEcard (student card),
research transit or parking, meet your advisor,
and buy your books. Do that and more at a
Get Connected pre-orientation session.
