In addition, there are private residences nearby. In Barrie, some options include Foundry Georgian, Georgian Green,
London Property Corp., and School House Barrie; in Orillia, there is Hilda House; and in Owen Sound there
is Owen Sound Student Residence. Georgian doesn't inspect off-campus housing, so use due diligence when
looking for accommodation.
ENJOY CAMPUS EATS
Georgian offers a number of different
food and beverage options. The Barrie
Campus (the largest campus) features
Tim Hortons, Subway, Pizza Pizza, a
cafeteria, a student-run café and pub,
and more. The Orillia, Owen Sound and
Midland campuses also have on-site
dining. All students can load money
onto their ONEcard (student card) to
purchase food at many on- and off-campus

GET AROUND
All seven campus communities
offer local public transit.
In addition, Simcoe County
Transit LINX and Hammond
buses offer regional
transportation. If you have a
car, you can park on campus
with a monthly pass or pay
daily rates. The Barrie Campus
uses the Honk mobile app
for parking payments.
STAY ON CAMPUS
We have on-campus residences at
the Barrie, Orillia and Owen Sound
campuses. They are managed by
Campus Living Centres and offer
everything you need to make your
college experience fun and safe.
Each one is different, but they all
include private bedrooms with double
beds, shared kitchens or kitchenettes,
and bathrooms.
