Georgian has Indigenous Resource Centres in Barrie, Midland,
Orillia and Owen Sound. They provide a culturally supportive
space, with social and study areas and welcoming staff.
GET INVOLVED
Predominantly student-driven,
Georgian's annual Pow Wow draws
dancers, drummers, vendors and
spectators from all over Turtle
Island. The one-day cultural
celebration is open to everyone,
and fosters a greater sense of
community within the region.
