Child and Youth Care faculty member Dr. Howard Bloom

justice services. He speaks at conferences, co-founded a
recreational program for complex at-risk youth, organizes
behavioural management workshops, and established
a local special needs residential care home agency for
children and teens deemed hard to serve.
