ENRICHED LEARNING IN – AND BEYOND – THE CLASSROOM Environmental Technology alumnus Shaun Wakefield researched the feasibility of an organic collection program for Georgian. He designed, performed, and reported a waste audit of the college's culinary department to identify efficiencies, and how to implement more effective measures.
